Resources

The Biodiversity Center offers plenty of educational, research, and outreach opportunities.

The resources and tools available to researchers at UT Austin include the Biodiversity Collections with more than 9 million discrete specimens, several field stations in the growing Texas Field Station Network, and extensive online databases. We also offer members of the UT science community a poster printing and graphic design service.

Additionally, the public may also get involved with volunteer opportunities, exploring the campus flora, and learning about pollinators. Our Falcon Cam captures the migrating Peregrine falcons that often spend time on the UT Tower, as well as other interesting bird visitors. At other times of year, the camera showcases the beauty of the UT campus and surrounds.
